中枢神经系统感染误诊为脑梗死1例分析

目的:分析1例中枢神经系统感染误诊为脑梗死患者的临床特点。方法:对我院收治的1例误诊为脑梗死的中枢神经系统感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并与相关文献相结合开展探讨。结果:该患者的临床表现以及各项临床辅助检查结果例如头磁共振、腰穿以及脑电图等均符合中枢神经系统感染的诊断标准。结论:若神经系统感染患者出现神经定位体征,例如偏瘫等,则容易被误诊为脑梗死,此时应结合患者临床特点并开展多项辅助检查以进行综合判断。

Objective:To analyze one of the central nervous system infection misdiagnosed as the clinical characteristics of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:Of our hospital,1 case was misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction of the central nervous system infecG tion in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,and combined with related literature.Results:The patients'clinical symptoms and the clinical auxiliary examination results such as head magnetic resonance and electroencephalogram,lumbar puncture, conforms to the central nervous system infection diagnostic criteria.Conclusion:If appear nervous system infections in patients with nerve localization signs,such as hemiplegia,is easy to be misdiagnosed as cerebral infarction,at this time should be combined with clinical characteristics and carry out a number of auxiliary examination for comprehensive j udgment.
