摘要
目的:分析循证护理对晚期肿瘤患者疼痛护理的临床效果和价值。方法:选取我院收治的晚期肿瘤患者102例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各51例。给予对照组患者常规护理,研究组患者采用循证护理,观察比较两组患者疼痛缓解情况,以及护理满意度。结果:研究组患者的NRS评分下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度达到了94.11%,明显高于对照组的74.51%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给晚期肿瘤患者采用循证护理,可以有效缓解患者的疼痛,还可以提高患者对护理的满意程度,值得推广使用。
Objective:to analysis using evidence-based nursing on the pain in patients with advanced cancer clinical nursing effect and value.Methods:102 patients with advanced cancer in our hospital were selected cases,were randomly divided into control group and study group,51 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing care,patients in study group received evidence-based nursing,compared two groups of patients with pain relief was observed,and the nursing satisfaction.Results:the study group patients with VAS score decreased significantly than that in control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction rate in study group was 94.11%,significantly higher than the control group of 74.51%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:for patients with advanced cancer using evidence-based nursing,can effectively relieve the pain of the patients,but also can improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing,worthy of promotion of use.
