子宫肌瘤腹腔镜剔除术临床护理观察

目的:探索分析子宫肌瘤腹腔镜剔除术的临床护理方法。方法:选择我院进行子官肌瘤腹腔镜剔除术的10例患者为研究对象,给予所有患者均进行临床护理,观察分析本组患者的并发症的发生情况。结果:本组患者均未出现严重的并发症,例如感染和出血以及腹腔脏器受损等,其中2例患者出现不同程度的恶心和呕吐症状,采取对症治疗后,得以痊愈,患者的平均手术时间为4小时,平均出院时间为7天。结论:子宫肌瘤腹腔镜剔除术对患者造成的损伤小,手术的出血少,恢复快,临床护理需要面临的问题较少。

Objective:Laparoscopic myomectomy fibroid explore clinical care to analyze.Methods:Select our hospital for uterine fibroids,laparoscopic surgery excluded 10 patients for the study,all patients were given clinical care,observation and analysis of the incidence of complications in this group of patients.Results:This group of patients no serious complications,such as infection and bleeding,and abdominal organs damaged,of which 2 patients appeared different degrees of nausea and vomiting,take symptomatic treatment,can be cured,patients with average operative time was 4 hours,the average discharge time is 7 days.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery of uterine fibroids removed injury to the patient is small,less surgical bleeding,faster recovery,less problematic clinical care needs facing.
