基础医院护理管理现状分析与应对策略

目的:探讨基础医院护理管理现状分析以及应对策略。方法:回顾性分析对68所基层医疗机构进行的30次现场督导、检查、考核,分析基层医院护理管理现状。结果:基层医院护理管理问题较为典型且严重,其中急救物品以及无菌物品的合格率都没达标。结论:政府以及相关部门要提高对基层医院护理管理质量的重视,医院自身也需要实行积极有效的应对措施来改善护理管理质量。

Objective:The current status of hospital care management analysis and coping strategies.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 68 of the 30 on—site primary medical institutions supervision,examination,assessment,analysis and management of Local hospital care.Results:The base hospital care is more typical and serious management problems,including first aid items and items not passing rate of sterility standards.Conclusion:The government and relevant departments should attach more importance to the quality of nursing management in primary hospital,the hospital itself needs to implement a proactive effective measures to improve the quality of nursing management.
