糖尿病低血糖的病因分析及护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析糖尿病患者发生低血糖时的常见原因及探讨护理方法。方法:回顾性分析我院15例糖尿病患者发生低血糖的原因及护理方法。结果:15例糖尿病患者在治疗中发生低血糖的主要原因是患者对疾病知识缺乏、饮食不合理、药物用量过大、使用胰岛素不规范等。本组15例均得到及时救治,使低血糖症状消失。结论:临床应加强对糖尿病患者低血糖并发症的预防及护理,及时监测血糖值的变化。通过饮食指导、合理使用药物及胰岛素、进行合理运动、糖尿病知识的健康教育等措施,可减少低血糖的发生。
