盐酸曲美他嗪治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛的临床效果评价

Trimetazidine hydrochloride for the treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina clinical effect assessment

目的:探究在冠心病稳定性心绞痛治疗中盐酸曲美他嗪的临床效果。方法:选取我院冠心病稳定性心绞痛54例,随机分为常规组和实验组,常规组给予常规治疗,实验组在此基础上给予盐酸曲美他嗪进行治疗,将两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果:与常规组相比,实验组的治疗总有效率、心绞痛发作时间及次数均明显较优,对比P<0.05。结论:在冠心病稳定性心绞痛治疗中盐酸曲美他嗪的临床效果显著,值得临床应用推广。

Objective:To explore the stability of coronary heart disease angina pectoris clinical eflect of trimetazidine hydrochloride in treatment.Methods:To choose our 54 cases,stability of coronary heart disease angina were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group and routine group was given conventional treatment,the experimental group on the basis of the given trimetazidine hydrochloride treatment,will the treatment effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results:Compared with normal group,treatment group total effective rate,angina attack time and times were significantly better,contrast P < 0.05.Conclusion:Stability in coronary heart disease angina pectoris trimetazidine hydrochloride in treatment of clinical effect is significant,worthy of clinical promotion.
