摘要
目的:探究清金化痰汤治疗老年慢性支气管炎的临床效果。方法:本次研究对象从2014年1月至2015年6月于我所就诊的老年慢性支气管炎患者中选取78例,随机分组,对照组39例患者实施常规西药治疗,观察组39例患者在常规西药进行治疗的基础上加用清金化痰汤治疗,将两组患者的治疗效果进行对比。结果:在咳嗽、咳痰、炎症消失时间的对比中,观察组患者的结果均短于时照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:清金化痰汤治疗老年慢性支气管炎具有显著的临床效果,可缩短患者的症状消失时间。
ObjectiveTreated explore Qingjin phlegm chronic bronchitis clinical results.Methods This study selected objects from February 2014 to February 2015 in elderly patients with chronic bronchitis in my treatment 78 patients randomized to the control group,39 cases of conventional western medicine treatment for patients in the observation group 39 patients in conventional medicine the basis for treatment based on the use Qingjin phlegm decoction,the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were compared.Results Cough,sputum,compared to inflammation disappeared time,the results of the observation group patients were shorter than the control group of patients,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion Qingjin phlegm decoction chronic bronchitis have significant clinical effects,can shorten the time symptoms disappear.
