摘要
目的:探究青少年颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术后阻生恒牙萌出情况。方法:选取2014年6月至2015年6月在我院行颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术后的青少年患者的60颗阻生恒牙,根据阻生恒牙萌出情况将患者分成萌出组与未萌出组,萌出组40例,未萌出组20例。对两组阻生恒牙与患者年龄及其相关参数进行比较。结果:下颌磨牙未萌出组的年龄、牙尖深度及角度均高于萌出组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);下颌前磨牙未萌出组的年龄、牙尖深度及角度均高于萌出组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颌骨囊性病变后的阻生牙萌出情况与患者年龄、牙尖深度及角度等因素有关,临床上应对阻生恒牙萌出情况时应综合考虑患者年龄,牙尖深度及角度等因素。
Objective:To explore adolescent cystic lesions of the jaw after decompression of impacted teeth adorable situations.Methods:from June 2014 to June 2015 in 60 students permanent resistance in our hospital for cystic lesions of the jaw after decompression in adolescent patients,according to a case of impacted teeth adorable patients were divided into group A and not a adorable adorable adorable group,a group of 40 cases,20 cases were not adorable.To compare the two groups of patients with impacted teeth and age related parameters.Results:not a group of adorable mandibular molar cusp age,depth and angle were higher than the adorable group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);not a group of adorable mandibular premolar age,cusp depth and angle were higher than the adorable group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:cystic lesions of the jaw after the impacted teeth and a adorable age,the tip of the tooth depth and angle and other factors,the clinical respons of impacted teeth that adorable situation should be considered in patients with age,the tip of the tooth depth and angle etc.
