摘要
目的:分析舒适护理与健康教育用于妊娠子痫前期剖宫产术后护理中的效果。方法:选择2015年1月-2017年1月本院妊娠子痫前期患者84例,随机平均分成2组,在剖宫产术后观察组实施舒适护理与健康教育,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组效果。结果:观察组护理满意度为92.86%,对照组护理满意度为71.43%。结论:舒适护理与健康教育用于妊娠子痫前期剖宫产术后护理中能够提升满意度,值得推广。
objective:to analyze the effect of comfort nursing and health education on the nursing of cesarean section in pre eclampsia.Methods: 84 patients with preeclampsia in our hospital from January 2015 to-2017 in January were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the observation group were given comfort care and health education after cesarean section. The control group received routine nursing care. The effect of the two groups was compared between the 2 groups.Results: the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.86%, and that of the control group was 71.43%.Conclusion: comfort care and health education can be used to improve satisfaction after cesarean section.
