医院陪检人员职业获益感干预研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨以职业干预方案对陪检人员职业获益感的影响,为管理者人力资源管理,提高护士留职意愿提供依据。方法:便利选取延吉市某两所医院,按随机数字表法,随机分为干预组和对照组。其中对照组30例,干预组30例。对照组接受常规知识技能培训,干预组接受职业认知干预。干预前及干预后采用护士职业获益感量表、职业倦怠问卷评估陪检人员职业获益及职业倦怠程度。结果:干预四周后,干预组陪检人员职业获益感得分高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组干预前后职业获益感得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对陪检人员实施职业获益感认知干预能够提高其职业获益感。
