研究甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合治疗老年糖尿病的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究阿卡波糖与甘精胰岛素联合治疗老年糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法:抽取近两年在医院治疗老年人糖尿病患者共计90例,根据每人基本情况的不同,因地制宜地将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。将甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合治疗的方式用于观察组,将阿卡波糖治疗的方式用于对照组,与此同时对2组患者的血糖水平进行检测,注意2组血糖达标时间。结果:在治疗之前,2组用餐前血糖、以及用餐后2 h血糖检测水平的比较差异并不是很大,且不具有实际意义(P> 0.05);在治疗之后,2组用餐之前血糖、及用餐后2h血糖检测水平比较治疗之前均有好转,且观察组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组血糖达标时间为(7.15±0.35)d,短于对照组的(12.55±5.12)d(P<0.05)。结论:将甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖联合治疗老年糖尿病患者的方式效果非常显著,能有效针对老年糖尿病患者降低血糖,且副作用低。
