临床护理路径在针灸治疗强迫症患者护理中的应用效果

目的:探讨临床护理路径在针灸治疗强迫症患者护理中的应用效果。方法 :选取强迫症患者60例,按照随机数宇表法分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组给予心理干预,研究组在对照组基础上配合临床护理路径;比较两组临床护理效果分别于护理前后对两组患者心理状况进行评估。结果 :研究组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组评分显著低于护理前(P <0.05),且研究组显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:临床护理路径配合心理干预用于针灸治疗强迫症患者护理中,能够明显改善强迫症状,提高护理效果。

Objective: To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in the disorder. Methods: Sixty patients and divided into 30 groups in the study group and the table. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the nursing(P<0.05), and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing pathway improve obsessive-compulsive symptoms and improve nursing effect.
