阴道分泌物临床检验结果分析

目的:对于妇科阴道分泌物进行临床检验和分析,分析患者病原菌分布和阴道分泌物的清洁度,以便于为临床妇科的合理用药提供指导。方法:研究选择回顾性分析的方法进行调查研究,调查时间为2016年3月到2018年3月,选择这两年之间我院所收治的妇科患者500例作为研究对象,对所有研究对象根据年龄段进行分组,同时对患者阴道分泌物进行检验。结果:本研究500例接受阴道分泌物检验的患者当中,患者的病原菌的分布状况主要为加德纳菌感染最多,其次是白色假丝酵母菌感染,之后是阴道滴虫感染。对于患者阴道洁净度进行检验得出,Ⅰ度最少,Ⅲ度最多。而且阴道洁净度当中,Ⅰ度患者没有检测到任何病原菌,Ⅱ度患者均为白色假丝酵母菌感染,Ⅲ度和Ⅳ度患者均以加德纳菌感染比率最高。对不同年龄段的非特异性阴道炎患者年龄之间的关系进行分析,可以得出年龄越大,患者非特异性感染的发生率也就越高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:临床阴道炎的发生和患者的年龄以及患者阴道的洁净度之间存在最为直接的关联,寻找患者致病的病原菌,调查易感人群和易感因素,对于这种疾病的防治工作具有重要的意义。

And vagina cleanliness,Ⅰ patients did not detect any pathogenic bacteria, Ⅱ degrees are white candida yeast infection patients, Ⅲ and Ⅳ degrees highest rates of patients with Gardner fungus infection. Age in patients with nonspecific vaginitis of different ages were analyzed, and the relationship between can get older, the higher the rate of infection in patients with nonspecific,P<0.05, the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: the occurrence of clinical vaginitis and age of the patients and patients with the most direct link between the vagina cleanliness, for patients with diseasecausing pathogens, investigation of vulnerable groups and susceptible factors, for the prevention and treatment of the disease is of great importance.
