老年髋部骨折术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素的相关分析

目的:研究老年髋部骨折术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素。方法:本次选择对象为老年髋部骨折患者,时间在2016年1月至2016年12月,根据其是否发生下肢深静脉血栓将100例老年髋部骨折患者分为两组,其中包括对照组(未发生)和观察组(发生),对比其两组临床情况。结果:经多因素Logistic回归分析,是否合并糖尿病、肝肾疾病、肺部疾病与术前下肢深静脉血栓发生无明显相关性,P>0.05。结论:老年髋部骨折术前下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响因素较多,而术前早期进行下肢深静脉血栓筛查十分重要。

Objective:To study the influencing factors of deep venous of lower extremity before senile hip fracture.METHODS:The selected hip fracture patients.Between January 2016 and December 2016,100 elderly to whether they had deep venous thrombosis.RESULTS:After multivariate logistic,there was no between diabetes,Conclusion:There are many factors influencing the deep venous thrombosis.
