摘要 目的:探讨人性化管理模式在医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法:随机抽选我院50名护理人员,按随机数字表法将其分为探究组(n=25)及参照组(n=25),分别实施人性化管理模式及传统管理模式,对两组护理人员护理水平、患者满意度及临床出错率进行比较分析。结果:经临床比较显示探究组护理人员护理水平、患者满意度及临床出错率均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:将人性化护理干预措施应用于医院护理管理中效果显著,可有效降低护理人员临床护理差错率,提升护理满意度,故而值得各医院借鉴、应用。 Objective to explore the application effect of humanized management mode in hospital nursing management. Methods 50 nurses in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the method of random number table: inquiry group(n = 25) and reference group(n =25). Humanized management mode and traditional management mode were implemented respectively. The nursing level, patient satisfaction and clinical error rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing level, patient satisfaction and clinical error rate of the inquiry group were significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized nursing intervention in hospital nursing management has a significant effect, can effectively reduce the clinical nursing error rate of nurses, improve nursing satisfaction, so it is worthy of reference and application in hospitals.
