诺氟沙星联合复方黄连素治疗急性胃肠炎的临床价值分析

目的:分析诺氟沙星联合复方黄连素治疗急性胃肠炎的临床价值。方法 :将2017年8月至2018年8月在我院接受治疗的60例急性胃肠炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(30例)和实验组(30例)。观察两组患者的临床疗效和症状消失时间情况。结果 :实验组的临床疗效和症状消失时间均优于观察组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :诺氟沙星联合复方黄连素治疗急性胃肠炎的临床价值高,值得应用和推广。

objective to analyze the clinical value of norfloxacin combined with compound berberine in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis.Methods 60 patients with acute gastroenteritis who were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30).To observe the clinical effect and symptom disappearance time of the two groups.Results the clinical efficacy and symptom disappearance time of the experimental group were better than that of the observation group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the clinical value of norfloxacin combined with compound berberine in the treatment of acute gastroenteritis is high and worthy of application.And promotion.
