摘要
目的:探讨观察小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬核白内障的效果。方法 :将2017年6月-2018年2月入我院接受治疗的80例硬核白内障患者采用单双抽签分组方式分为观察组与对照组,每组患者各为40例,其中对照组患者进行常规切口白内障囊外摘除手术,观察组患者实施小切口非超声乳化白内障手术,术后对比两组患者手术效果。结果 :研究数据显示观察组并发症情况明显低于对照组患者,组间数据两两比较差异较大,计入统计学分析有意义P <0.05。讨论:小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗硬性白内障具有非常显着的临床效果,可以减少并发症的发生值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery on hard cataract.Methods Eighty patients with hard cataract who were admitted to our hospital from June to February 2018 in 2017 were divided into observation group and control group by single and double lottery.Each group had 40 cases,of which control group was performed.The conventional incision cataract extraction was performed.The patients in the observation group underwent small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery.The operation results of the two groups were compared after operation.Results The data of the study showed that the complications of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The data between the two groups were significantly different,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Discussion Small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery for the treatment of rigid cataract has a very significant clinical effect,can reduce the occurrence of complications worthy of popularization and application.
