左金丸合半夏泻心汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果分析

目的:分析左金丸合半夏泻心汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎效果。方法:我院在2017年5月份到2018年5月份收治30例胆汁反流性胃炎患者,通过随机数字表法进行分组,分别划分为观察组(n=15)和对照组(n=15)。对照组为常规治疗,观察组为左金丸合半夏泻心汤加减治疗,对比两组的症状缓解率和缓解时间。结果:观察组的各项指标优于对照组,组间比较存在差异化(p<0.05)。结论:左金丸合半夏泻心汤加减治疗胆汁反流性胃炎患者获取的治疗效果良好,适合临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Zuojin Pill and Banxia Xiexin Decoction on the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.METHODS:Thirty patients with bile reflux gastritis were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018.The patients were divided into observation group(n=15)and control group(n=15)by random number table method.Results:The indexes of the better than the control group,and there was the groups(p<0.05).Conclusion:Zuojin Pill combined with Banxia Xiexin Decoction for the gastritis has good clinical promotion.
