摘要
目的:探讨儿科护士发生护患纠纷时的心理应激与处理对策。方法:选择我院儿科35名护理人员进行研究,向其发放调查问卷,详细了解护患纠纷发生的原因、护理人员的心理状态、处理措施、处理结果。结果:20名高年资护理人员在纠纷发生时有80%(16/20)表现为正向心理反应,15名低年资护理人员有20%(3/15)表现为正向心理反应。经过与护理人员的有效共同后,不良情绪得到缓解,心态得以调整。结论:为减少儿科护患纠纷,护理人员需不断提高综合素质,与患者和家属保持良好沟通,积极调整自己的心态,不断提高儿科护理质量,尽可能的减少、避免护患问题的发生。
Objective:To explore the psychological stress and coping strategies of pediatric nurses during nurse patient disputes.Methods:35 nurses in pediatrics department of our hospital were selected to conduct research to understand the causes of nurse-patient disputes,the psychological status of nurses,treatment measures and treatment results in detail.Results:80%(16/20)of the 20 senior nurses showed positive psychological reaction when disputes occurred,and 20%(3/15)of the 15 junior nurses showed positive psychological reaction.communication with patients and family members,actively adjust their mentality,continuously improve the quality of pediatric nursing,and minimize and avoid the occurrence of nurses and patients’problems.
