探究手术室护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者应激反应的影响

To explore the effect of nursing intervention in operating room on stress response of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery

目的:探究手术室护理干预对乳腺癌手术患者应激反应的影响。方法 :选择我院在2017年10月~2018年12月期间收治的乳腺癌手术患者150例,将其随机分为对照组(75例)与观察组(75例),对照组患者实施常规护理模式,观察组患者实施手术室护理干预,对比分析两组患者护理后的心率与血压变化。结果 :观察组的舒张压、收集压与心率水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :对于乳腺癌手术患者给予手术室护理干预可有效减少患者的应激反应,保证血压与心率水平的稳定,有利于提高患者的治疗效果,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in operating room on stress response of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery.Methods 150 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(75 cases)and observation group(75 cases).The patients in control group were given routine nursing mode.The patients in observation group were given nursing intervention in operation room.The changes of heart rate and blood pressure after nursing in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The diastolic pressure,collecting pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in operating room for patients with breast cancer can effectively reduce the stress reaction of patients,ensure the stability of blood pressure and heart rate,and improve the treatment effect of patients.It has clinical application value.
