目的:探讨非手术阶段性营养支持干预在急性胰腺炎中的应用效果。方法 :选取2016年1月~2018年8月我院收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者,按随机分组法分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例),两组患者均予以心电监护、消炎止痛、抗感染、胃肠减压、稳定胰酶、抑制胰腺分泌和禁食禁水等对症治疗,对照组采取常规护理,试验组在此基础上实施阶段性营养支持护理干预,并比较不同组患者临床效果。结果 :治疗前试验组患者前蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白和血清白蛋白等营养指标与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者前蛋白、血红蛋白、转铁蛋白和血清白蛋白等营养指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者呕吐、腹痛和发热等症状改善时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :非手术阶段性营养支持干预在急性胰腺炎中的应用效果良好,不仅能提高患者治疗疗效,同时还能减少并发症发生,促进其早日康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of non-surgical stage nutritional support intervention in acute pancreatitis.Methods:Eighty patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases).Both groups were given ECG monitoring.Anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti-infective,gastrointestinal decompression,stable pancreatic enzyme,inhibition of pancreatic secretion and fasting and water-free symptomatic treatment,the control group took routine care,the experimental group implemented phased nutritional support nursing intervention on this basis,and compared different The clinical effects of the group of patients.Results:Before treatment,the pre-treatment protein,hemoglobin,transferrin and serum albumin were not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the pro-protein,hemoglobin,transferrin and serum albumin were used in the experimental group.The nutritional indicators were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of vomiting,abdominal pain and fever in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The non-surgical stage nutritional support intervention has a good effect in acute pancreatitis,which not only improves the therapeutic effect of patients,but also reduces complications and promotes its early recovery.
