消化道溃疡引起消化道出血的针对性护理观察

Nursing Observation on Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage Caused by Gastrointestinal Ulcer

目的:观察并研究消化性溃疡引起消化道出血采用针对性护理进行护理所取得的效果。方法 :将我院在2017年10月到2018年10月所收治的消化性溃疡引起消化道出血患者62例作为研究对象,采用随机方法将所有患者分为常规护理组和针对性护理组,平均每组患者均为31例,对两组患者分别配合相对应的护理方法进行护理,并对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果 :护理干预结束后,评价两组患者的临床治疗效果,常规护理组止血有效率为70.97%(22/31),针对性护理组止血有效率为90.32%(28/31),两组进行比较,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义;对本文两组患者健康教育评分,患者满意度评分和患者的住院时间进行比较,本文的针对性护理组明显比常规护理组更优,进行差异性比较,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 :临床对消化性溃疡引起消化道出血的患者进行护理时,为患者配合选择针对性护理进行干预可以有效的帮助患者控制疾病,提高患者对于病情的认知,提升患者的满意度,并能够缩短患者的住院时间,是值得推广应用的护理方案。

Objective To observe and study the effect of targeted nursing on gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer.Methods 62 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding caused by peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.All patients were randomly divided into routine nursing group and targeted nursing group.The average number of patients in each group was 31.The two groups were nursed with corresponding nursing methods,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared..Results After the end of nursing intervention,the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated.The hemostasis effective rate of the conventional nursing group was 70.97%(22/31),and that of the targeted nursing group was 90.32%(28/31).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The health education score,patient satisfaction score and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.The pertinence nursing group is obviously better than the routine nursing group,the difference is compared,P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion When nursing patients with digestive tract hemorrhage caused by peptic ulcer in clinic,targeted nursing intervention can effectively help patients control the disease,improve patients’awareness of the condition,improve patients’satisfaction,and shorten patients’hospitalization time.It is a nursing program worthy of popularization and application.
