胰岛素与西格列汀联合用药方案治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果观察及有效率影响评价

目的:胰岛素与西格列汀联合用药方案治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果观察及有效率影响评价。方法 :以我院2017年4月-2018年10月收治的126例老年2型糖尿病患者分2组。分别选择胰岛素、胰岛素联合西格列汀治疗,对其效果进行评价。结果 :研讨组治疗有效率为93.65%相比较参照组73.02%更为优良,P <0.05。结论 :胰岛素与西格列汀联合用药方案治疗老年2型糖尿病的效果理想。

Objective To observe the effect of insulin and sitagliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in elderly patients and evaluate the effect of effective rate.Methods A total of 126 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to October 1818 were divided into two groups.Insulin,insulin and sitagliptin were selected for treatment and their effects were evaluated.Results The effective rate of the study group was 93.65%,which was better than the reference group of 73.02%,P<0.05.Conclusion The combination of insulin and sitagliptin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes in the elderly.
