摘要
目的:对比分析低位小切口切除术与传统手术治疗甲状腺瘤的效果。方法 :按照不同的手术方式,对本次2017年12月至2018年12月间收治的甲状腺瘤患者72例进行分组,一组为采取传统手术治疗的传统组,一组为采取低位小切口切除术治疗的低位组,每组各36例,对两组患者的疼痛评分、切口长度、住院时间、术中出血量以及并发症发生率进行比较。结果 :研究结果表明,从疼痛评分、切口长度、住院时间、术中出血量以及并发症发生率上看,低位组均低于传统组,差异显著,p<0.05。结论 :对甲状腺瘤患者采取低位小切口切除术的效果显著优于传统手术,值得临床上借鉴。
Objective To compare and analyze the effect of low incision resection and traditional operation in the treatment of thyroid tumors.Methods According to different surgical methods,72 patients with thyroid tumors admitted between December 2017 and December 2018 were divided into two groups.One group was the traditional group treated by traditional surgery,the other group was the low group treated by low incision excision,36 cases in each group.Pain score,incision length,length of hospital stay,intraoperative bleeding volume and incidence of complications of the two groups were evaluated Comparison.Results The results showed that the pain score,incision length,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding volume and the incidence of complications in the low group were lower than those in the traditional group,the difference was significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The effect of low incision resection for patients with thyroid tumors is significantly better than that of traditional operation,which is worthy of clinical reference.
