丝绸之路经济带背景下的新疆工业企业经济绩效研究

Study on the Economic Performance of Industrial Enterprise under the Background of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Xinjiang

使用新疆2000—2013年时间序列数据,通过静态效率和动态效率分析,利用协整检验和granger因果检验实证分析方法,基于C-D生产函数计算出全要素生产率、技术进步贡献率、资本生产率、劳动生产率作为评价经济绩效指标,实证结果表明新疆地区企业民营化改革取得一定成效,现国有工业企业单位数已经减少了60.7%,但国有和非国有工业企业的技术进步贡献率在5%和-5%之间波动,2007年以后国有企业的资本生产率和劳动生产率均高于非国有企业,表明非国有企业经济绩效并未好于国有企业,提出需加强民营经济发展,继续深化国有企业改革和引入市场竞争的建议来提升经济绩效,同时新疆还应继续注重股份制企业和民营企业对外贸易的发展。

This article uses Xinjiang 2000-2013 annual time-series data,analyzes the static efficiency and dynamic efficiency,uses the empirical analysis of co-integration analysis and Granger causality test,based on C-D production function to calculate the total factor productivity,technological progress contribution rate,capital productivity and labor productivity as the assessment index of the economic performance,the empirical results indicate that the enterprises privatization reform has some effect,the recent number of state-owned industrial business had reduced to 60.7%,but the technological progress contribution rate of state-owned and non-state-owned industrial business fluctuated between 5%and-5%,2007 year later,the capital productivity and labor productivity of the state-owned business higher than non-state-owned business,indicating the economic effect of the non-state-owned business dose not better than the state-owned business,proposes to strengthen the development of the private economy,continuously deepens the reform of the state-owned business and introduces market competition to promote economic performance,at the time,xinjiang should still pay close attention to the development of foreign trade of corporate enterprise and private enterprise.
