随着我国高等教育招生规模的扩大 ,高校德育面临的问题也凸显出来。主要表现为当代大学生面临成长危机、大学校园诚信缺失严重和高校德育自身也面临新的问题等。这一切必然要求加强和改进高校德育工作。第一 ,深化高校德育教育内容 ;第二 ,引导学生参与德育过程 ;第三 ,加快高校德育教师队伍建设 ;第四加强高校德育内部条件与外部条件的连接 ;最后 ,研究德育创新的方法和手段。

With the expansion of the enrollment of the teritary education in our country, the problems confronting the moral education at institutions of higher learning have come into sharp focus, which are manifested in the crisis of growth of college students, the serious want of honesty, and new problems with the colleges and universities. All these necessitate the reinforcement and improvement of the moral work. Firstly, deepen the contents of moral education; Secondly, guide the students to participate in the process of moral work; Thirdly, speed up the construction of team of teachers of moral education; Fourthly, strengthen the link between the internal conditions of moral education and its external environment; Finally, make a study of the method and device for innovating moral education.
