摘要 介绍套管钻井技术在我国海洋石油钻井技术中的首次应用情况。该项技术被引入到我国的南海和渤海使用,分别使用508mm和340mm套管钻井,进尺分别为61.4m和507.9m,平均机械钻速分别为16.12m·h^(-1)和32.77m·h^(-1),整个作业过程安全顺利,并且创造了第一次在我国海域使用套管钻井技术得到成功的纪录。在勘探井中使用套管钻井的方法,省略了传统隔水导管,实现了井身结构的简化。第一次在渤海和南海西部创造了勘探井建井周期最短的最新记录。总结出一套使用套管钻井的成功经验和初步认识,对今后在我国海洋钻井作业中进一步简化井身结构、降低成本、提高效率,具有十分重要的指导意义。 This paper introduces the application of the casing drilling technique in China offshore oil operation, and this technique was applied in both the South sea and the Bohai sea. 508 mm and 340 mm casings were used in the drilling depth of 61.4 m and 507. 9 m with the penetration of 16. 12 m and 32. 77 m per hour separately, the whole operation went very well and was successful. It made the casing drilling firstly used in the China offshore and firstly applied in the exploration well, therefore the traditional riser was omitted and the well bore construction was simplified. The successful experience and the initial knowledge were summarized, and it will be benefit for further simplifying well bore construction, cutting cost and raising working efficiency.
