The preliminary research projects of offshore oil development engineering require the design project group to have high efficiency response and reply capabilities. With the situation, it led such questions as how to make effective communication between projects, improve efficiency of project design, and guarantee the design quality. The author puts forwards her own opinions on how to strength the coordination and communication between different specialties, and improve the design quality with her working experience.
