同源异形盒基因与肿瘤
Homeobox genes and cancer
摘要
同源异形盒基因是一类特殊的转录调节因子 ,其表达蛋白通过序列特异性DNA结合活性 ,调控胚胎的发育和分化。近年来研究发现 ,同源异形盒基因异常表达与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。现综述有关同源异形盒基因在肿瘤发生。
