摘要 最近世界卫生组织将鳞状上皮不典型增生 (SD)和原位癌 (CIS)分为轻度、中度、重度不典型增生和原位癌 4级病变。现综述SD和CIS的组织形态、病变的发生发展及其分子基础 。
