口服红霉素治疗2型糖尿病的初步观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨红霉素对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制和胰岛素分泌的影响。方法 我们将98例初发2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例,单独口服红霉素治疗,0.25g,每日3次;对照组50例,单独口服二甲双胍治疗,0.5g,每日3次。观察空腹及餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血清胰岛素和C肽变化情况。结果 经治疗3个月后,两组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖和糖化血红蛋白都有明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组血清胰岛素及C肽明显升高(P<0.01),无低血糖反应。停药4周后重复治疗仍然有效。结论 口服红霉素可以降低血糖及糖化血红蛋白,使血清胰岛素分泌增加,说明红霉素能改善糖尿病患者的糖代谢,可以用于糖尿病的治疗。 Objective To explore the influence of erythromycin on the control of blood glucose and the secretion of insulin in patients with diabetics mellitus. Methods 98 patients with first diagnosed type 2 diabetes were included in this study. The test group involving 48 patients took erythromycin alone (0. 25 three times a day). The control group involving 50 patients with oral met-formin alone (0. 5 three times a day). The changes of fasting blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose, HbA1C, serum insulin and C-peptide levels were determined. Results After the treatment of two groups, the levels of fasting blood glucose, 2 hour postprandial blood glucose and HbA1C decreased significantly (P<0. 01), the levels of serum insulin and C-peptide increased significantly in test group (P<0. 01), and no hypoglycemic reaction happened. After stopping the take of erythromycin for 4 weeks, the repeat treatment with oral erythromycin was still effective. Conclusions Taking a small dose of erythromycin can lower the blood glucose and HbAiC and increase the secretion of insulin in diabetics. It suggests that erythromycin can improve the glycometabolism in patient with diabetics mellitus and can be used for treatment of diabetic patient.
