面神经麻痹早期治疗的体会

The cure realization of facial paralysis treated in earlier period

目的:研究以两种不同的方法治疗面神经麻痹的早期的疗效。方法:采用穴位注射配以面部穴位多针浅刺,轻刺激,只捻转不提插,不加电针之法。对160例早期面神经麻痹患者进行治疗,并设急性期以西药为主,1周后加用面部穴位针刺组对照观察,分析比较治疗前后各种体征,症状情况的变化。结果:治疗组多有显著性改善,愈显率达71.8％,总有效率达96.63％;对照组愈显率为40％,总有效率为70％(P<0.01)。结论:穴位注射疗法治疗早期面神经麻痹具有很好的疗效,且优于以西药为主组。

Purpose: Analysed the effect of facial paralysis treated in earlier period with two different methods. Methods: Adopted point - injection therapy matcthing facial acupoints with multi - acupoints, sligh stimulation,only twist.The 160 cases with earlier period facial paralysis were treated. In the acute stage, the western medicine was adopted. After one week, point - injection therapy matcthing facial acupoints were used.The chages of symptom and physical sign were analysed at pre-treatment and post - treatment. Results: The treatment group improve significantly,significance effect rate was 71.8% ,the tolal effectual rate was 96.63% ;significance effect rate of the controlled group was 40% , the total effectual rate was 70% (P < 0. 01) . Conclusion: The facial paralysis treated in earlier period with point - injection therapy had very significant effect and was better than the controlled group.
