生发灵酊剂治疗斑秃280例

A Clinical Study of the Effect of Shengfaling Tincture in the Treatment of 280 Cases of Alopecia Areata

目的 :观察生发灵酊剂对自身免疫功能紊乱引起的斑秃的疗效。方法 :40 0例斑秃患者 ,分为治疗组 2 80例 ,对照组 12 0例 ,单盲法进行组间对照研究。治疗组用棉签蘸取适量生发灵酊涂于患处 ,并轻揉局部至微红 ,tid。对照组采用 2 %米诺地尔洗剂局部涂擦于皮损区 ,tid。均以 7d为 1个疗程。对总体疗效、血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)水平、自身抗体进行临床观察。结果 :治疗组基本痊愈 171例 ,好转 92例 ,无效 17例 ,总有效率 93 .9% ;对照组基本痊愈 5 8例 ,好转 33例 ,无效 2 9例 ,总有效率 75 .8% ,治疗组优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组TNFα降低水平显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :生发灵酊具有改善自身免疫引起的斑秃作用。

Objective:To survey the therapeutic effectiveness of shengfaling tincture in the treatment of alopecia areata induced by disorder of autoimmune function. Methods:400 cases of alopecia areata were randomly divided into two groups, with 280 patients in the treatment group and 120 in the control group. The study was carried out with a single blind method. The affected areas in patients of the treatment group were painted t.i.d. with shengfaling tiucture followed by gentle rubbing until a slight local reddening appeared. Skin lesions in patients of the control group were painted t.i.d. with 2% minoxidil lotion. The course of treatment in both groups lasted 7 days. The overall therapeutic effectiveness, serum level of TNF-α and autoantibodies were kept under observation. Results:The overall effective rate in patients of the treatment group was 93%, with 171 cases basically cured, 92 improved and only 17 unaffected. In contrast, the overall effective rate in patients of the control group was 75.8%, with 58 cases basically cured, 33 improved and 29 unaffected. The differences between the 2 groups were significant (P<0.05). The fall of serum TNF-α and autoantibody levels in patients of the treatment group was far more striking than that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Shengfaling tincture was shown to be effective in the treatment of alopecia areata induced by disorder of autoimmune function.
