正交试验优选乌三颗粒剂中水溶性成分的提取工艺 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :确定乌三颗粒剂中水溶性成分煎煮提取的最佳工艺。方法 :用正交试验法对乌三颗粒剂中水溶性成分的煎煮提取工艺条件进行优选 ,以干浸膏收率和大黄素含量为指标 ,选用L9( 3) 4正交表进行正交实验。考察影响本方中水溶性成分煎煮提取的 4个因素分别为 :浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数。结果 :加生药材的 10倍量水、浸泡 6 0min、煎煮 3次、每次煎煮 6 0min为最佳方案。结论 :此方法适用于乌三颗粒剂中水溶性成分的煎煮提取工艺。 Objective:To optimize the extraction technology for water soluble components in wusan granules. Methods:An orthogonal test with the use of an L 9(3)4 orthogonal table was adopted for the optimization. Recovery rate of the dry extract and the content of emodin served as the indices. The 4 factors influencing the decoction extraction of water soluble components of the drug--time of soaking of the drug, amount of water added, time of decoction and times of decoction were kept under observation. Results:The optimized extraction technology was as follows: 10 volumes of water were added to 1 volume of the crude drug, the drug was soaked for 60 min and decocted for 3 times, each decoction lasting 60 min. Conclusion:The method was shown to be suitable for the decoction extraction of water soluble componeuts in wusan granules.
