清脑复神液治疗抑郁症43例

Treatment of 43 Cases of Depression with Qingnaofushenye

目的 :评估清脑复神液治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法 :抑郁症患者 86例 ,随机分为治疗组和对照组各 43例 ,治疗组给予清脑复神液 40mL ,bid ,po ;对照组用阿米替林 ,首日剂量每次 2 5mg ,每隔 1d增加剂量 2 5mg ,加至 10 0mg ,均bid ,po。治疗前及治疗第 2 ,4,8周采用Zung抑郁量表进行疗效评定比较。结果 :治疗第 2 ,4,8周 ,治疗组有效率分别为83 .7% ,86 .0 % ,88.4% ;对照组有效率分别为 86 .0 % ,88.4% ,88.4%。两组有效率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且清脑复神液未见不良反应。结论 :清脑复神液可作为抗抑郁中药制剂用于临床。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of qingnaoyefushen in the treatment of depression. Methods:86 patients with depression were randomly divided into two equal groups. Patients of the treatment group were given each 40 mL of qingnaofushenye PO, b.i.d.. Patients of the control group were treated with amitriptyline (AT), they were given each on the first day 25mg of AT PO, b.i.d.. The dose of AT was increased by 25mg PO b.i.d every other day until a dosage of 100 mg PO, b.i.d. was reached. The Zung depression scale was used to assess the therapeutic effectiveness before the treatment as well as two, four, and eight weeks after the beginning of the medication. Results:The effective rates in patients of the treatment group 2,4 and 8 weeks after the beginning of treatment were 83.7%, 86.0%, and 88.4%, respectively, while those in patients of the control group were 86.0%, 88.4% and 88.4%, respectively. The differences between the two groups were insignificant(P>0.05). Conclusions:As a traditional Chinese medicine, qingnaofushenye may be used as an anti-depression drug in the clinic.
