无痛分娩在中孕引产中的应用(附70例临床分析)

Applications of Painless Childbirth to the Medium Gestation Period (70cases of clinic observation attached)

目的 将无痛分娩技术应用于中期妊娠利凡诺引产 ,通过对比探讨无痛分娩对引产时间、催产素用量、尿潴留发生率、产后出血量及疼痛程度等的影响。方法 ① 35例无痛组在硬膜外穿刺注入芬太尼及罗哌卡因 ,与35例对照组在引产时间、催产素用量、尿潴留发生率、产后出血量及疼痛程度等进行比较。②镇痛组在不同时机使用镇痛药对上述各项指标的观察对比。结果 ①无痛组与对照组相比疼痛明显减轻 ,但催产素用量明显增多 (P <0 .0 1) ,而引产时间、尿潴留发生率、产后出血量等方面无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。②镇痛组在不同时机使用镇痛药在引产时间、催产素用量、尿潴留发生率、产后出血量均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 无痛分娩技术应用于中期妊娠利凡诺引产可大大减轻孕妇在终止妊娠中的痛苦。

ObjectiveApplying painless childbirth skills to medium gestation period rivanol odinopoeia.Trying to discuss the influence of the painless childbirth skills on the duration of odinopoeia,dose of oxytocin,incidence of urinary retention,quantity of postpartum hemorrhage and the extent of pain through contrast.Methods ①Applying Fentanyl and ropivacaine to the painless group.35 cases by epidural puncture,and then comparing the duration of odinopoeia,dose of oxytocin,incidence of urinary retention,quantity of postpartum hemorrhage and the extent of pain with the contrast group,another 35 cases.② Analgesia group shall be applied painkillers at different time ,and the above-mentioned items shall be observed and compared.Results ① Contrasted with the contrast group,the painless group was obviously less painful while the dose of oxytocin was distinctively increased (P<0.01),without any clear differences in the duration of odinopoeia,incidence of urinary retention or quantity of postpartum hemorrhage(P>0.05).② the analgesia group,being applied painkillers at different time ,showed no distinctive differences in the duration of odinopoeia,dose of oxytocin, incidence of urinary retention or quantity of postpartum hemorrhage(P>0.05).Conclusion The painless childbirth skills,when being applied to medium gestation period rivanol odinopoeia,could greatly relieve the pain of women in their terminal pregnancy.
