摘要
目的 证实液氮冷冻治疗尖锐湿疣后棉签及液氮中是否存在HPV DNA。方法 采用PCR法分别检测2 5例尖锐湿疣患者皮损、治疗所用棉签及液氮中的HPV 6 /11型和HPV 16 /18型。结果 2 5例患者病理诊断尖锐湿疣 ,通过PCR检测 75份样本 ,5 0份阳性 ,其中皮损检出阳性结果 2 3份 ( 92 % ) ,棉签检出阳性结果 15份 ( 6 0 % ) ,液氮检出阳性结果 12份 ( 48% )。结论 表明液氮冷冻治疗尖锐湿疣棉签和液氮中存在HPV ,并在实验中总结出了一种临床上更为安全、方便的液氮冷冻治疗方法 ,可避免交叉感染和污染。
Objective To confirm the existance of HPV-DNA in the cotton wool swabs and liquid nitrogen after liquid nitrogen cryotherapy of CA,and to find a safe,convenient way for treatment of CA. Methods In 25 cases of CA which have typical lesion HPV 6/11 and 16/18 were tested by PCR. Results 25 cases had been pathologically diagnosed as CA,75 samples were detected by PCR,and 50 samples showed positive reaction,in which 23 of skin lesions, 15 of cotton wool swabs,and 12 of liquid nitrogen were 92%.60% and 48% respectively.Conclusion Our results indicated that there are HPV in the cotton wool swabs and liquid nitrogen after liquid nitrogen cryotherapy of CA,and the mothed of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy of CA we've developed,could be more safe,more convenient.It may avoid cross-infection and pollution.
