野菊花颗粒的质量标准研究

Study on quality standard for Yejuhua Granules

目的 :建立野菊花颗粒的鉴别、含量标准而控制产品质量。方法 :鉴别项采用薄层色谱法。含量项采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中的绿原酸 ,高效液相色谱条件Hypersil柱 ( 4.6nm× 2 5 0nm 5 μm)流动相乙晴 0 .0 4%磷酸溶液 ( 13∶87)。结果 :鉴别采用薄层色谱法具有专属性。高效液相法测定制剂中的绿原酸 ,方法简便快速 ,准确可靠。结论 :该方法可用于野菊花颗粒的质量控制。

Objective: To establish the qualitative and quantitative standards for Yejuhua Granules (Flos Chrysanthemi Indici). Methods: The identification was carried out by TLC. Chlorogenic acid in preparation was determined by HPLC. The HPLC conditions were:Hypersil column (4.6nm×250 nm 5μL), mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.04% phosphoric acid solution (13∶87). Results: TLC method for the identification of Yejuhua Granules was specific. HPLC for the determination of chlorogenic acid in preparation was simple and quick, accurate and reliable. Conclusion: These methods can be used for the quality control of Yejuhua Granules.
