HPLC测定益安回生口服液中人参皂苷Re、Rg1的含量

Determination of ginsenoside Re、Rg1 in Yianhuisheng Oral Liquor by HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定益安回生口服液 (红参 ,附子 ,全蝎等 )中人参皂苷Re、Rg1的含量的方法。方法 :采用SynchropakC4 ( 2 5 0mm× 4.6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ;流动相 :乙腈 0 .0 5 %磷酸溶液 ( 18∶82 ) ;流速 :1.0mL·min-1;检测波长 :2 0 3nm ;进样量 :对照品 8μL ,样品 10 μL。 结果 :线性范围分别是Re 0 .432～ 3 .45 6 μg(r =0 .9992 ,n =5 ) ;Rg10 .36 0～2 .88μg(r =0 .9998,n =5 )。平均回收率 :Re 97.0 % ,RSD =1.4% ;Rg196 .8,RSD =1.1%。 结论 :本法简单、快速、精确、重现性高 ,可作为产品的质量控制方法。

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Re、Rg1 in Yianhuisheng Oral Liquor(Radix Ginseng Rubra, Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata, Scorpio etc.) Methods: RP-HPLC was used to quantitative analysis. The Synchropak C 4 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used, and mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.05% H 3PO 4(18∶82). Detection wavelength was at 203nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 , the injection volume of sample was 10μL and of reference 8μL. Results: The linear response range from 0.432 ～3.456μg of Re(r=0.9992, n=5), 0.360～2.88μg of Rg1(r=0.9998, n=5), respectively. The recovery of Re: 97.0%, RSD=1.4%, the recovery of Rg1: 96.8%, RSD:=1.1%, respectively. Conclusion: The method was proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and reproducible, and suitable for content determination of the oral liquor.
