摘要 目的 :研究旋毛虫成囊前期幼虫抗原 (PELA) 170 0 0组分的免疫诊断价值。方法 :应用聚丙烯凝胶电泳(SDS PAGE)和转印技术分离PELA 170 0 0蛋白组分 ,用ELISA检测实验感染旋毛虫的Wistar大鼠和旋毛虫病患者血清抗体 ,并以PELA和成囊期幼虫抗原 (ELA)为对照。结果 :对于感染旋毛虫的大鼠 ,170 0 0组分和PELA的首次血清阳性反应出现在感染后第 10d ,而ELA则在感染后第 14d ,其差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对 4 8份旋毛虫病患者血清 ,170 0 0抗原的阳性率为 95 .8% ,PELA和ELA的阳性率均为 10 0 % ,3种抗原之间差异均无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。 170 0 0抗原与其他寄生虫病患者及健康人血清无反应 ,而PELA和ELA均与肺吸虫病、鞭虫病患者血清有反应 ,差异均具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :与PELA和ELA相比 ,PELA 170 0 Aim: To determine the diagnostic value of the 17 000 antigen component of pre encysted Trichinella spiralis larva (PELA). Methods:The 17 000 component was isolated by using SDS PAGE and electronic transfer methods.The serum anti Trichinella antibodies were detected by ELISA in Wistar rats experimentally infected with T. spiralis and the patients with trichinellosis. The results were compared with PELA and the encysted larva antigens (ELA). Results: Antibodies against the 17 000 component and PELA in sera of the rat infected with T. spiralis first appeared at the 10th day post infection, whereas antibodies against ELA were detected at 14th day post infection. The difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The sera from 48 patients with trichinellosis yielded positive reaction rate of 100% for both PELA and ELA, whereas 95.8% for 17 000 component.The 17 000 antigen yielded no cross reaction with the sera from healthy donors and patients with different parasitic diseases, while both ELA and PELA yielded cross reaction with the sera from 3 cases of trichuriasis and 9 cases of paragonimiasis. The difference was significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Compared with PELA and ELA, the 17 000 antigen of PELA is of higher early diagnostic value for trichinellosis.
