摘要
目的 :观察贲门癌与直肠癌组织嗜铬蛋白A(CGA)及p5 3蛋白表达的变化。方法 :采用免疫组化ABC法检测 76例贲门癌和 4 9例直肠癌组织中CGA及p5 3表达变化。结果 :贲门癌组织中 ,CGA和p5 3阳性率分别为 5 5 .3% (4 2 /76 )和 6 5 .8% (5 0 /76 ) ;直肠癌组织中 ,CGA和p5 3阳性率分别为 34.7% (17/49)和 6 7.3% (33/49) ;贲门癌组织中CGA阳性率明显高于直肠癌 (P <0 .0 2 5 ) ;有内分泌分化的贲门癌和直肠癌其p5 3阳性率均明显高于CGA阴性者 (P <0 .0 2 5 )。结论 :贲门癌与直肠癌组织中CGA阳性表达率存在明显差异 ;p5
Aim:To probe the changes of p53 protein and chromograin A(CGA) expression in the cancerous lesion of gastric cardia and rectum. Methods: Immunostaining(ABC methods) was used to determined the expression of CGA and p53 protein on 79 gastric cardia adenocarcinomas(GCA) and 46 rectal adenocarcinomas. Results: In GCA, the positive immunostaining rates of CGA and p53 were 55.3%(42/76)and 65.8%(50/76),respectively; in rectal cancer, 34.7%(17/49)and 67.3%(33/49), respectively. The incidence of CGA in GCA was significant higher than that in the tissues of rectal cancer( P <0.025). With CGA positive immunostaining ,p53 expressive rates were higher in GCA and rectal cancer than that in those CGA negative immunostaining ( P <0.025).Conclusion: A significant difference was observed in the rates of CGA positive immunostaining between the GCA and the rectal adenocarcinoma ( P <0.025). p53 gene alternation may play an important role in the endocrine cell differentiation of the GCA and the rectal adenocarcinoma.
