多元化测量方法的内涵和理论视角:对内容效度的考查 被引量:1

The Logic and Theoretical Perspective Underlying Diversification Measures: An Examination of Content Validity

摘要 目前有关企业多元化的实证文章使用和选择多元化测量指标时,大多忽略了所要测量的多元化概念与其测量方法之间的逻辑关系,导致测量方法存在着内容效度的问题。本文试图理清目前各种多元化测量方法所对应的多元化内涵。系统地分析表明,不同的多元化测量方法不仅其内涵不同,而且其所考察的对象和背后的理论视角均不同。因此,本文建议以后的多元化研究应该根据其理论视角以及研究的问题选择合适的多元化测量方法,而非简单采用目前常用的熵指数法。 Current empirical researches always adopt diversification measures without systematic consideration of the logic between the construct and measures, leading to weak construct validity. This paper tries to find the logic behind each diversification measure,and suggests that each measure has its unique theoretical perspective and research object. Thus, future researchers should choose valid diversification measure according to the concept of diversity, theoretical perspective and research question in the research, rather than directly employ wide used measure-entropy index.
