摘要
组织认同是组织管理中涉及成员生产动机的基本问题,西方组织管理研究给予了充分关注。本文在梳理西方研究文献的基础上,以组织身份为基础,界定了组织认同的概念、辨析了相关变量,整理了现有研究框架中的前因变量和结果变量。最后考察了国内的研究现状,指出了组织认同研究的理论意义和对管理实践的启示,并对组织认同理论研究进行了展望。
Organizational identification is a fundamental issue which concerned with members' product motives in organization management,and western scholars have paid much attention on it. Based on the western research papers, this paper identifies the concept of organizational identification, distinguishes the related variables and arranges the antecedents and consequences of organization identification. At last this paper states the domestic researches and presents the prospects of this domain.
