摘要
本文以工作场所——移动非正式学习网络为研究背景,探究组织中个体知识获取的机制。通过实证分析验证了个体主动社会化行为对个体工作知识获取的影响,以及社会资本在个体主动社会化行为和组织个体知识获取中的中介作用,并验证知识隐性程度在个体主动社会化行为与组织个体知识获取之间的调节作用。通过实证分析发现主动社会化行为对知识获取具有显著的正向预测作用。社会资本在个体主动社会化行为与知识获取之间存在中介效应。知识的隐性程度对个体主动社会化行为与知识获取之间都不存在调节作用。
This paper takes the workplace-mobile informal learning network as the research background,and explores the mechanism of individual knowledge acquisition in the organization.Empirical analysis verifies the effect of individual’s active socialization on individual work knowledge acquisition,and the mediating role of social capital in individual active socialization behavior and organizational individual knowledge acquisition,and verifies the degree of knowledge implicitness in individual active socialization behavior.Organizational individual regulation of knowledge acquisition.Through empirical analysis,it is found that active social behavior has a significant positive predictive effect on knowledge acquisition.There is a mediating effect of social capital between individual active socialization behavior and knowledge acquisition.The degree of implicitness of knowledge does not have a regulatory effect on individual active socialization behavior and knowledge acquisition.
