家族企业代际传承进程中二代权威建构的实证研究:基于组合创业的视角

An Empirical Study on the Authority Establishment of the Second Generation in the Process of Family Business Succession:Based on the Perspective of Portfolio Entrepreneurship

本研究基于组合创业视角,探讨了家族企业二代在企业系统和所有权系统面临的权威建构挑战,分析了组合创业视角下二代有效建构股东身份权威和管理职位权威的路径,并基于沪深家族上市公司经验数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明,组合创业战略选择可以有效推动代际传承中家族企业二代权威建构,并进而为家族企业实现基业长青提供有益的对策参考。

This research is based on the perspective of portfolio entrepreneurship and discusses the challenges faced by the second generation of family companies in the enterprise system and ownership system.It also analyzes the path for the second generation to constract shareholder authority and management authority from the perspective of portfolio entrepreneurship,then empirically analyzes data of family listed companies from Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges.It is believed that portfolio entrepreneurial strategy choices can effectively promote the establishment of the second generation authority in the intergenerational generation,and provide a useful reference for family businesses to be built to last.
