摘要
目的对65例多发性骨髓瘤(MM)进行血清电泳分析,找出MM的型别分布,指导MM的诊断。方法仪器及试剂选用美国Helena公司,对多发性骨髓瘤患者进行血清电泳分析。结果在65例患者中,59例血清蛋白电泳图谱中出现M蛋白。有19例尿本周氏蛋白阳性。血清免疫固定电泳结果显示,其中IgG型40例,IgA17例,IgM2例。轻链K型中IgG型有25例,IgA型有8例,IgM型有1例;λ型IgG型有15例,IgA有9例,IgM有1例。电泳分析结果表示,IgG型MM占67.8%,比例最多,其次为IgA型,占28.8%。而IgM型最少,占3.4%。结论电泳分析方法能快速、准确地进行MM分型,对MM的诊断、病情判断、治疗及预后均有重要意义。
Objective Using electrophoresis method to detect blood serum of 65 MM patients to find out the type. Method Device and regent are purchased from Helena company of American to do this test. Result In all 65 cases, 59 cases have M protein. 19 cases have Bence-jones proteins in urine. Immunofixa-tion electrophoresis manifest: there are 40 cases IgG myeloma, IgA 17 cases, IgM 2 cases, there are IgG k 8 cases, IgM K 1 cases; IgG λ 15 cases, IgA λ 9 cases, IgM λ 1 cases. Result Electrophoresis manifests that IgG accounting for approximately 67. 8% of MM, occupies the most of total MM, the second is IgS,occuping 28.2% , IgM only 3.4%. Conclusion Electrophoresis method can type MM rapidly, and play a crucial role in diagnosis and prognosis of MM.
