阐明世界产业结构调整的基本特征和趋势,分析我国产业结构存在的突出问题,提出在承接跨国公司向外转移中下游项目的过程中同时进行技术创新的思路,指出我国在利用外资和外国技术方面应注意的问题。

According to the basic feature and tendency of adjustment of the world industrial structure, this paper ananlyses the outstanding problems of our country's industrial structure, puts forward some proposals on how to bring forth new ideas in technology in the course of accepting the outward-oriented projects by international corporation, points out what we must pay attention to in the course of using foreign capitals and technologies in our country.
