难治性颞叶癫痫患者的肠道菌群分析 被引量:2

Analysis of gut microorganism diversity in refractory temporal lobe epilepsy

摘要 目的通过分析难治性颞叶癫痫患者与正常对照的肠道微生物差异,进一步探讨肠道微生物在癫痫发病中的作用。方法选取第四军医大学唐都医院神经外科收治的癫痫患者作为病例组,对照组选自癫痫患者的家属,收集粪便微生物进行16SrRNA测序及分析。结果与对照组相比,病例组肠道微生物多样性降低。病例组的抗炎相关菌群比例下降,促炎相关菌群比例上升。结论恢复肠道菌群紊乱及进行免疫调节可能是治疗难治性颞叶癫痫的一个方向。 Objective Recent animal experiments had shown that epilepsy,like many other neurological disorders,was affected by gut microorganism,but there have been limited studies on the characteristics of the gut microorganism in epileptic patients.We analysed the differences of gut microorganism between patients with refractory temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE)and healthy control and further explored the role of gut microorganism in the pathogenesis of epilepsy.Methods Epilepsy patients were recruited from the patients admitted to Tangdu Hospital of The Fourth Military Medical University.The healthy controls were selected from the family members of epileptic patients.After collecting faecal samples,16 SrRNA sequencing and statistical analysis were performed.Results We found that the diversity of gut microorganism decreased in the case group,which was significantly different from that in the control group.The proportion of antiinflammatory bacteria decreased and pro-inflammatory bacteria increased in the case group.Conclusion Restoring the disorder of the gut microorganism and regulating the immune system may be one of the directions in the treatment of refractory temporal lobe epilepsy.
