颧弓电极与蝶骨电极对颞叶癫痫的价值对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对比分析颧弓电极与蝶骨电极脑电图在颞叶癫痫的价值。方法对来院做术前评估65例难治性颞叶癫痫患者,术前定位行视频脑电图(VEEG)时加做蝶骨电极及颧弓电极,长程同步记录,将头皮颞区、蝶骨及颧弓所记录到的痫样放电及发作期起始早晚进行对比。结果颧弓电极与蝶骨电极对痫波的敏感性相同,发作期同步起始,位相无差别。其检测到的痫波波形相似,波幅颧弓电极略低,下降幅度小于10%。结论颧弓电极与蝶骨电极对颞叶癫痫的定位价值完全相同,因其无创,方便灵活,临床值得推广。 Objective Comparative the value of the zygomatic electrode with sphenoidal electrodes in temporal lobe epilepsy.Methods 65 cases of intractable temporal lobe epilepsy patients were assessed by video electroencephalogram(VEEG).simultaneously,add to the sphenoidal electrodes and zygomatic electrode in VEEG,them were long time recorded synchronization.comparative analysis of the interictal epileptiform discharges and ictal zone from the scalp,the sphenoidal electrodes with the zygomatic arch electrodes.Results Them are similar to the sensitivity of epileptiform discharges and the synchronization of ictal by zygomatic electrode and sphenoidal electrodes.But the amplitude is slightly lower the zygomatic electrode than the sphenoidal electrodes,,decrease less than 10%.Conclusion The values are the same to zygomatic electrodes with sphenoidal electrodes in the temporal epilepsy,because the zygomatic electrodes noninvasive,convenient and flexible,the clinical worth popularizing.
