摘要
脉冲涡流是近年发展起来的新检测技术,目前还未被广泛应用,主要是因为脉冲信号的解释还处在初期。为了对脉冲信号做出客观的解释,介绍了直接测量导体内部涡流信号,首次观察到脉冲激励时的涡流信号波形。通过时域频域分析得出涡流信号的频率特性与导体深度无关,而与脉冲重复频率有关。这一结论对脉冲涡流技术的工程应用具有指导意义。
Pulsed eddy current (PEC) testing is a new technique developed recent years. Its application is limited due to the insufficient explanation of pulsed signal. In order to achieve objective understanding of the pulsed signal, in this study measure the signals of eddy current, and observe the wave contour of the signals inside the conductor being tested, which is stimulated by pulsed eddy current. The signals are analyzed in time domain and frequency domain respectively, based on the results we can conclude that the frequency characteristics of the eddy current signals are influenced by the repeating frequency of the pulsed signals rather than the depth of conductor. This conclusion is very significant in directing the engineering application of PEC.
